Bad service!! IMAGINE you had working internet

Really Bad service we have to phone in each time wen our internet is off just to find out they "see the whole complex" is offline! Come on I am a good paying customer and this is what we get? I have to keep buying Data to run a business to pay you at the end of the month!!! And the funniest thing is they keep sending out technicians and I have to keep paying a call put fee!!
