Bad service and Ridiculous cancellation fee!
Stay away! Imagine IPS has a cancellation fee as per clause 4.11 of R 2709.00. This is for a month-to-month 10Mb/10Mb fiber service @ R649 per month. Fiber router return has to also be done and does not reduce the cancellation fee.
