Worst Holiday of my LIFE !!!!

<p>The service was very good but that's where the good started and ended, the brochure that they send you via emails are so misleading regarding the hotels it's not near what they want you to be believe. I acknowledged that I had to look better at what they showed to me. The package I booked was the Thailand+ Abu Dhabi + Seychelles, through them for my HONEYMOON I though will be great and romantic because it's 4 star hotels but the hotels they show you on the brochure and the ones you stay in are very different. </p> <p> </p> <p>The one in Thailand is Patong Paragon, there is no images of that hotel on their website. It was more a 3 star due to the fact it was dirty and some of the stuff didn't work properly. When we arrived there we told them that the bathtub was not working and even the day we left they never fixed it that's a whole week that we where asking them to fix it. </p> <p> The agent I made the booking with knew that I was making the booking for my Honeymoon and I had to paid R52000 for me and my newly wife, if you pay so much especially for such a occasion you expect th get something descent. </p> <p> </p> <p>I aksed the agent to help me with the hotels so that when we arrive there that the rooms should like romantic, bit of flowers and so on I was prepared to pay but with a great suprise when we got the first night at the hotel after a long flight there wa nothing my newly wife's face was so disappointed because she was looking forward to our beautiful honeymoon and that a gutted feeling to have. </p> <p> </p> <p>So so I sent the agent an email explaining what happend and asked if they can assist me yet again because I've sent emails to the last two remaining hotels and only one respondend,the one from Seychelles. The hotel Four city season in Abu Dhabi did not respond to any of my emails and we are currently here and the agent told me that they also sent a emails out from there side </p> <p>The hotel in Abu Dhabi is hideous compare to what they show on their website. </p> <p> </p> <p>The only hotel that that is the same as that in the brochure is Seychelles</p> <p> Think twice before you book a overseas trip through this agency </p> <p> </p> <p>Does the foto attached look like a four star hotel ?????</p>
