Worst Experience With Imagine Holidays

<p>Please be warned before booking your holiday with Imagine Holidays .</p> <p>The travel agent Donna Blackway</p> <p>Oxford House , 17 Park Lane ,Grand Central Precinct<br />Century City 7441 </p> <p>I have just returned from a holiday to Paris/Venice /Rome , I had the worst planned holiday ever!</p> <p>Donna was given clear instructions as we were travelling with 3 children.</p> <p>To our worst dissappointment , we had a hotel we could not stay in , it was in a terrible area , full of adult shops.This was at 11:30pm and had to find alternative accommodation .We had wasted taxi fare and travelling with 3 children at this hour.Donna clearly said the hotel was 10 mins from the airport, which was actually was 1hour away.I am disgusted !!!!</p> <p>Donna also wasted our time as she booked flights at unreasonbale times , and as a result we wasted 3 days sitting in airports.</p> <p>Our flight was overbooked on Airfrance , and as a result had to go via Germany. Imagine Holiday nor did Donna or the Afersales teams make us aware of this .We had lost time in Germany and did not attend tours in Paris.</p> <p> I will never book again with Imagine , we used a travel agency for a smooth holiday , ONLY TO HAVE THE COMPLETE OPPOSITE.</p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
