Imagine holidays -- imperial capitals -(and other destinations as advertised in Sunday newspaper)<br> You pay a lot more than what was advertised and you can do it at a lower cost if you book through Emirates online (where the service is superb)They do not want to put anything on paper for you to look at beforehand<br> Spelling errors on e-ticket and incorrect reference numbers on e-ticket and mistakes with destination<br> Advertise 4 star hotels and let you pay more for three star hotels - say that they are fully booked, but in fact after investigating , the hotels were not fully booked When you complain, they want to hit you with a 50 % cancellation fee (and this was more than 3 months before the travel date!) <br> I am 2 months away from my departure date and still struggling to get confirmation on the hotel accommodation and confirmation that it is paid for (information sent so far was blurred and without hotel contact numbers) Confirmation on train tickets missing and cannot apply for visa as documents are incomplete<br> Have sent various e-mails and the response have been very slow
