VERY BAD SERVICE
Their service is the worst we have ever had. From repeated request for documents for visa application to a cruise that was converted into a bus ride due to the boat that broke down. After the experience an e-mail was sent to state what complaints we had regarding their services and we have still not heard anything from them. Customers are just important when they need to pay but service is not there.
