Travel changes

<p>After numerous attempts with sales person at Imagine Cruising at Canal Walk in order to change flights and accommodation with no success it was like speaking to a robot. After contacting Ronvin Fransman my problems were sorted within 1.5 hours. I do not understand why all the staff at Imagine Cruising could be as helpful and efficient as Ronvin. </p>
