I left a review not long ago, but because of the excellent service I was provided from Janelle at Customer Service I just have to compliment her again. I had an enquiry which I could not resolve at another department, Concierge. I was getting completely stressed out and eventually called Janelle to help. She was obviously not fami**** with all the information that I needed, but she answered all questions and the ones she could not answer, she went to get the information and came back to me no matter how many questions I had till I was completely satisfied. She NEVER made me feel that I was bothering her. She is a great asset to Imagine Cruising. Thank you so much for helping me till I was completely comfortable with the situation.
