The Ticketing service with Imagine Cruising.... POOR
The initial booking experience was delightful. However I can't say the same about the Ticketing process. The Ticketing service with Imagine Cruising was an ABSOLUTE NIGHTMARE AND EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTING. I had to ask them to correct my Cruise Ticket 4 times yet they had all the information with my details.
