The best customer service ever!

<p>This company's customer service has to be the best I have ever experienced. We booked a holiday with them to Budapest, Vienna, Prague. The price was good and the hotels were great. We needed to change our start arrangements not once, but twice and Sharon in customer service made all the changes, listened, read emails, phoned back when she said she would and handled everything with a smile., right down to little touches like organising our seats on the plane trips. Every person I have spoken to in customer services (and sales) has been unfailingly polite and helpful. Other companies should learn from this one on how best to deal with customers</p>
