Superb service

We haven't even been on our holiday yet, but I am impressed by the level of service. When I first made the booking the agent was very \human\" in warm. Now, a month before we have to leave, we have discovered that we need to stop off for business along the way. Sharon, in Customer Service, has been wonderfully accommodating in trying to add on an extra leg in the journey. I have changed dates etc and she is still helping with a smile (or at least it feels like it)."
