I would like to compliment Ronvin the supervisor at Imagine Cruising for all his help. <br> <br> I would have not be able to go on holiday had it not been for his service, dedication to my problem and thoughtfulness with a brilliant solution.<br> <br> He was calm, caring and very polite during this situation.<br> We seriously need more people like him. :)
