Smiling Over the Phone

We had booked a flight to Singapore and my elderly husband and I needed help in flight seats and also airport information. Sharon , with much enthusiasm and reassurance, seemed to ooze confidence and information into our flagging spirits. She did the impossible by going the extra mile to book us aisle seats and phoned to confirm that all was well. She anticipated problems and answered before I asked. This company needs more Sharons!!!
