Shocking service - excuses to process deposit refund

Worst ever. Paid R20000 deposit late last year on a cruise. Cruise cancelled and I opted for refund which was promised to be sorted by end June. Several mails and same response. Please be patient. Still no refund received. Cruise was originally scheduled for October 2021. Be aware. Not sure how companies like this are allowed to actually do business.
