<p>I got a call from Roxanne yesterday asking if she could book all our transferes for our holiday next month......her words were.......the cost is R1890 FOR ALL YOUR TRANSFERES......so you have 4 transferes per person......(i have the actual recording)</p> <p>i agreed because it was R1890 in total.......it was not said it would cost R1890 per person. They debit my account with R3780. When i disputed it even though the recording is quite clear, they made me believe they said it would cost R1890 per person. Think carefully before you deal with this **** company</p>

18 May 2016, 12:52As i am unable to delete this review from the site, i can now only change the ratings which will indicate that that after this post, the manager, Bonnie from Imagine cruising has contacted me and has apologised for the misunderstanding that took place between myself and the consultant. I am happy to report that my problem has been resolved and i have been refunded. Thank you Bonnie for your understanding and taking the time to listen to me.
