Do not trust them they estimate 6 months to get a refund booked trip ~January 2020 paid deposit £4000 trip scheduled for departure 6/11/2020 balance of deposit due 31/07/2020 trip cancelled 21/07/2020 Imagine say no refunds till 90-120 days after departure keeping my money to pay for continued advertising to rip others off aBTA ATOL guarantees ignored BOOK AT YOUR PERIL
