QUICK TO TAKE - SLOW TO REFUND

Just shocking service. Avoid at all costs. Quick to take the money but after 2 different cruises were cancelled from their side, and/or COSTA CRUISES....I am battling to get my money back. Was promised by end June. Still waiting 19 August.
