Poor presentation

Been to the sanctuary branch in Somerset west and had a poor experience with the service consultant - She could not really sell us a holiday package-seemed likable speech read out to us-on the flip side -the agency we booked was a total mind blowing presentation that got our business for the 2019!!!!How can a company have such poor representatives.....
