Poor follow up

<p>Having paid the bucks for our holiday Imagine just forgot us ! No follow up ! No check in tips ! No advice in terms of transfers . Really a big let down from what appeared on the surface to be a pleasant booking experience. There is NO customer follow thru resulting in me doing everything that I would have had to do had I booked this whole thing myself. </p>
