PLEASE READ BEFORE BOOKING IMAGINE HOLIDAYS

I have decided to write a report on the trip that we have booked with this company. We booked a holiday to Dubai and Istanbul last year, just remember, once they take your deposit you can never get it back, and every change thereafter will cost you lots of money, even changes to hotel bookings. And by the way, 4 Star hotels listed in their itenary, is actually not 4 star international grading, its 4 star local. So if like me, you are used to staying at Crowne Plaza or Radisson, which are international graded 4 star hotels, then you will be shocked when you check into Five Continents Cassells Al Barsha, and you will feel ********** when you see that for the price you paid to Imagine Holidays, you could have booked directly with an International Hotel. It is the worst 4 star hotel I have ever encountered, and I have even stayed in Africa in hotels that were better. From the service to the rooms to the food, I WILL NEVER BOOK ANYTHING WITH IMAGINE HOLIDAYS AGAIN. I hope you will read this and do the same. I still have to check in to the Istanbul \Boutique"hotel this weekend"
