Pathetic service ... read before booking with them

<p>My first trip with Imagine Cruising in 2015 was an absolute bliss, loved it so much that i decided to book another trip. Its been a nightmare having to deal with Imaginecruising. I contacted Imagine Cruising SA, the person that sells you the trip you are not allowed to speak to them again once they make the sale you can only speak to a call centre agent who knows nothing around the discussions and agreements you had with the sales person. After having worked through those issues i received my flight tickets today to apply for my visas, they go and change the flight dates without discussing with me and fully ignore the booking confirmations that was done months ago. The cherry on the top is they having my return flight whilst i am still on the cruise, i am quiet interested to know how they going to teleport my husband and myself from the cruise ship in the middle of the ocean to the airport in Barcelona. My flight departing SA was also changed to a day earlier. The 1 start rating was actually too much for this service.</p>
