Pathetic customer services

Imagine Cruising's customer service is pathetic. I've been asking them since 12 Feb to correct the spelling of the name on our flights. I cannot add the Skywards miles number as it doesn't associate the number with the name. I've send email upon email upon email. I have to explain the problem every time and it just goes round in circles. Today is 15 April and needless to say, it still hasn't been done!
