Outstanding Service

I have booked a number of cruises with Imagine Cruising over the years in Cape Town. Service always friendly and efficient. Recently I have booked another Baltic Cruise on NCL Breakaway departing in Sept 2018. I booked it through the Constantia Village team. They were extremely helpful and friendly and as I am quite demanding nothing was a problem. A week ago I requested a different cabin through Customer Service. I was dealing with Janelle and also very helpful. Within hours she came back with a midship cabin as requested. Thank you Imagine Cruising for the good service.
