Outstanding service

2013 I booked a cruise on Queen Mary 2 through Imagine Cruising. The booking was done professionally and the rates were outstanding. We flew from Cape Town to Singapore via Dubai. They put us up in a very nice hotel in Singapore for 2 nights. The cruise fantastic. We had another 2 nights stay in Dubai and hotel was also very nice. In the beginning of 2015 I made another cruise booking through Imagine Cruising. This time I was working with agent Michelle Hennesey. We booked flights from Cape Town to Vancouver and the cruise on MS Maasdam from Montreal to Boston. A 8 day cruise. Cabin was great and Imagine Cruising gave us 2 complimentary vouchers of $50-00 each for soft drinks. They also gave us a wine voucher for 3 bottles of wine. It was much appreciated and also a bif surprise. Michelle also arranged a nice cabin high up. On our return we booked another cruise through Michelle. This time on Queen Victoria from Hong Kong to Cape Town in March 2016. She was again very professional and helpful. She went out of her way to contact Cunard in the UK to get us the fare they have quoteI can higly recommendd in the newspapers as it was already sold out because of our late booking.
