No Imagine Cruising ever!!!

Disgusted with Imagine Cruising. Got a phone call 4 days before we left for a Eastern Europe boat trip, to be told our booking on the boat did not exist! We did receive "vouchers" though.... also matter of factly asking me to take another tour on another trip! I refused, and got a cabin on the boat, but not what I paid for four months prior to our departure.....We got a lower class cabin instead of a balcony and I paid for the latter. I have emailed and asked for a refund twice with no answer. When we arrived in Prague at the Panorama Hotel, we had to confirm our transfer to Passau to join the boat as we had all these vouchers, but trusted nothing. I have been on many boat cruises before - this riverboat was substandard for the price I have paid. Food was average. The whole boat was german speaking - our notes were in german - they did not know we were English speaking with no Imagine reps there. We battled to understand. Surely there must be provision for English speaking tourisis onan international riverboat? We never entered Budapest but docked in a little place called Komarom, due to levels of the Danube being low. Instead they offered a day trip. When arriving, the docks in Budapest were lined with riverboats! I can only assume that the river level was not low after all? Still awaiting my email.....not that I am surprised as before we did not get returning phone calls or emails as promised. Never again!
