Misleading information - beware

<p>I booked a cruise with Imagine Cruising. Everything is done via phone. The flights are included but you are not told the times of your flight, so you have no idea of your time of arrival in order to establish how much time you have at your arrival point . My arrival port is Amsterdam. The agent did not tell me that by the time I arrive in Amsterdam and get to my hotel, I have no time there except to have dinner and go to bed.</p> <p>If I had been informed of the times whilst booking I would have rather have taken a flight the day before and paid for an extra nights accommodation.</p> <p> </p> <p>when I received the flight times and queried this, I was told I would. Have to pay for a change in flights. How is this fair ..?</p> <p> </p>
