Improvements at Imagine Cruising

Hello Peter.

Having previously complained about Imagine Holidays regarding their attitude on forfeiting holiday deposits, I would now light to thank them for an attitude change for the better.

Having had a very pleasant interaction with Lance at Imagine Cruising, we are now in possession of a "Holiday Voucher" for the full value of our initial deposit, to, be used on any holiday next year.
