Imagine Holidays Incompetance, saved by Ronvin at Imagine Cruising

<p>We had a terrible experience through Imagine Holidays, one that I am not going to rehash. However, they say a company should not always be evaluated by what they do right but rather how they fix what they did wrong.</p> <p>Although I am not comfortable to recommend Imagine Holidays, I must compliment the excellent service we received from Ronvin at Imagine Cruising. He assisted us from the moment we complained and eventually ensured a good outcome.</p> <p>Very grateful for Ronvin who takes pride in his work!</p>
