IMAGINE DECENT SERVICE FROM IMAGINE CRUISES

I booked a cruise and linked holiday via Imagine Cruising and MSC Cruises as an anniversary celebration in 2020. Covid put paid to that. They replaced this with a different package for 2022. This too was cancelled and substituted by a choice of two vague options. They cannot be blamed for the cancellations but have incorrectly and opportunistically termed this a suspension which, because the original booked itinerary was changed it clearly is not. I have had my celebration elsewhere at significant cost and now want my original payment of approx R120000 returned. The response has been excuses and delays and worst of all shocking communication. Reminder that while Covid was not their fault it was not mine either. Three years from date of payment they are sitting with my money with an arrogant attitude. IMAGINE THAT!
