Imagine Cruising refund

People can say what they want but Imagine Cruising is the best cruise liner and they are true to their word! Due to covid19 we canceled our booking and was refunded in full no questions ask, just a simple email stating our reason. I'm rating five stars because the process was done in a respectful and friendly manner, thank you !
