Imagine Cruising - or not!!!!!

I know this will be a common issue but people should know... paid in full in January for a cruise in June. Cruise was of course Covid cancelled and Cunard advised they refunded the money to Imagine Cruising in June.

Now November and I have been advised that I will receive a refund and even that I was next in line, however today they say they have urgent refunds to process from March which are now ahead of me!!!! Now they are saying it will be another month or so!!!

My parents cruise was in May and they were refunded by Imagine in September following my 86 year old Father - with whom I was to travel with - advised them that he now has cancer.
