Imagine cruising not only a travel agent.

I recently had a problem with Cunard with regards to a credit payable to me. After months of messenger back and forth no solution was reached only promises were made. I then contacted my travel agent to see if they could help. WEll! Imagine cruising (Especially Sunnita at customer support) was fantastic. They took my query to Cunard and within a few days the amount owing to me was in my bank account. Thanks you for your exceptional service not only in solving this problem, but also when you do bookings for me.
