Imagine Cruising / Imagine Holidays - a risk booking with them?

I recommend anyone avoid this company at all costs! Having booked and paid for travel including flights and a cruise in 2019, to travel in May 2020, 2 years later I am still struggling to get the refund due and promised. Their latest commitment was in April 2022, detailing the amount to be refunded within 90 - 120 days. 4 months has passed and I have been advised they have "fallen behind with payments" and "please bear with us"! Has this company de*****ed me? Is Imagine Cruising/ Imagine Holidays in financial difficulties? Be very careful when taking the risk of booking a holiday as this company may be extremely risky!
