Imagine Cruising - ignore your requirements. Wrong bookings! Disaster holiday!

Booked a Caribbean cruise through Imagine Cruising on Carnival lines for our family of 8 for January 2020. Super excited, as it is our 1st overseas holiday together with our adult children, aged 20 to 30. Have just found out 3 days before we leave that Imagine Cruising totally messed up our booking. What was supposed to be 4 double cabins with double beds ended up being 3 single cabins with a bunk bed in 1 for a 30 yr old man, and the 2 other with a single bed and a sleeper couch! What a disaster for a holiday costing us over R200 000. Thanks Imagine Cruising! I will never use you again and will tell everyone you are useless. So disappointed!!!!!
