Imagine Cruising - do yourself a favor and don't book a holiday through them

I booked a cruise with Imagine cruising and then my parents decided to join me. We stated numerous times that we will be traveling together. When we received our hotel vouchers we were booked in two different hotels 7km from each other. The customer service lady fought tooth and nail that it wasn't their fault, they pulled telephone recordings etc. only to establish that we did ask to be together.

Arriving in Rome at 5AM but we can only book in at 2PM after a 12hour flight just shows you that the consultants have never travelled abroad in their life. I contacted the customer service team where they told me that it's a "normal" thing to only book in after 2PM. Surely as a travel consultant you would make another plan for your guests?

After trying to get a bus in Rome I then realized that I didn't receive the bus tickets and once again had to contact Imagine Cruising.

A holiday is supposed to be a relaxing experience but instead you are waiting for the next thing to go wrong thanks to Imagine Cruising SA and their bad service.
