Imagine Cruising Disappointing service

Recently my wife booked a fantastic Cruise via MSC and Image Cruising. We we going to Italy and neighbouring countries for my 60 Birthday in April 2020. Now with Coronavirus rife in Italy and the entire country is on shutdown, we cannot travel there. Unfortunately, Imagine Cruising refuses to give us a full refund. They claim that they have the right to look for different ports for disembarkation. We booked for a specific destination but now we were held to ransom because we paid in full. Imagine Cruising has no specific person to whom we can channel our queries. They have a call centre manned by persons who have no idea as to what is happening around the world. All that we paid for may be lost because of the waiting game that is being played out by Imagine Cruising. Most disappointing. I will never encourage anyone to book in advance without entering the withdrawal clause.
