Imagine Cruising - Deposit Fund *******
I have booked a cruise departing Jan 2020 and advised them in January 2020 that I am cancelling my trip. Paid deposit of R 58 000 and now am told that cancellation penalty is R 56 000. Meanwhile the cruise company website states that cruises cancel up to 4 months prior to departure is 100% refundable. Am reporting them to the Ombudsman and consumer watch agency.
