Imagine Cruising/Costa Cruises -stranted for +11hr

1ST COMPLAINT <br> 12th October 2015 <br> Imagine Cruising South Africa - Booking no: ICS - 02926 <br> Costa neoClassica - Cruise Line ref: ***3 <br> RE: Restriction at Ataturk Airport transferring to Athens <br> <br> Visa dates were for 29th September 2015 BUT our tickets were for boarding at 12:55 midday on 28th September to Athens as the cruise was suppose to dock in Istanbul but arrangements were changed. <br> <br> a) Pay for 3 replacement tickets, to fly at 23.20 to arrive in Athens at 00:45.on 29th September <br> b) This resulted in our bags pulled from the flight and having to re-check in all over again <br> c) We had to wait around for + 11 hours until the late flight. <br> d) The flight was delayed and we arrived in Athens well into the night Obviously by this time our pickup was gone and there was not a taxi to be seen. <br> The costs we incurred are: <br> <br> 3 x flight tickets <br> 3 x lockers for the luggage <br> 3 x metro tickets <br> 3 x tram tickets <br> 3 x metro ticket <br> <br> 2nd Complaint <br> <br> The accommodation at the hotel: <br> <br> a) This hotel is by far not a 4 star as we know it. It is a place stuck in between dilapidated buildings owned by private people who are awaiting
