Imagine Cruising are ******

My wife and I booked a cruise on the Costa Riviera from Mumbai down the east coast of India then back to Mumbai. Before we booked we were not told that a) there is a mandatory gratuity of 10 Euros each per day b) that we had to register our debit card with the ship as they did not accept cash for drinks etc. We had no intention of paying the gratuity ( we prefer to tip directly for service rendered) but were thwarted due to having to register my debit card which enabled the ship to deduct the gratuity from my bank account on a daily basis. Furthermore the original offering (as advertised) stated that we would spend one night at a hotel on our return to Mumbai. This failed to materialize and we were flown back to Cape Town one day earlier. When I queried this with Imagine Cruising I was told that we had requested to come back a day earlier. When asked to provide proof of this they ignored my request and to date have still not rep****. I will never deal with Imagine Cruising again nor will I ever take a cruise with the Costa line
