Right from the word go, Keith was patient and very profesional with extensive knowledge of his work. He could answer all my questions and even the ones I could not think of. Excellent service from Keith whom also went the extra mile to meet my husband at Imagine Cruising call centre in Cape Town and set him at ease for this great adventure.
