I will never use this company again

Probably don't even deserve 1 star. I have been sending weekly emails for the last 4 weeks, and not even an acknowledgement. This is after several other emails, many of which did not get a response until at least 1 chaser. They were happy to take our money. Really looks like they have no intention of making a proper refund for the tour which they cancelled.
