Sharon Simmons did a fantastic job sorting out my family's travel schedule. It was complex as we were to visit two countries and three cities, she did her best under challenging obstacles to get it sorted for my family and I. Sharon communicated with me consistently keeping me updated as we made changes to the travel schedule. She is incredible and an asset for Imagine Cruising.
