Great swrvice

We booked a romantic trip through imagine holidays going to Paris, Venice and Rome. Unfortuanately, when we arrived in Rome, the hotel they booked us in was reposessed by the bank, and we could not go in. I contacted imagine holidays customer support and spoke to Sonnita who immediately reacted and started arranging alternative accomodation, working past her normal working hours to help us. Within 2 hours, she not only found and booked us a new hotel, she upgraded us to a boutique hotel. The service we received from her was exceptional, and she was very friendly and apologetic about the inconvenience. It's nice to know in this time and age, there is still people with work ethics. Will definitely refer people to book holidays through your agency. Again, a special thanks to Sonnita!!!
