Good service but questionable morals

<p>I had recieved the quote etc and accpeted this however in my rush to pay the deposit i did not see that they had invoiced me more than the agreed amount, i contacted customer servcie but basically was told that i agreed to the higher rates and could not tell me why the amount changed. o well just be aware of this tactic when using their services. </p> <p>Their customer service and sales team were great to deal with, even though it was not resolved and no answer given, they did provide great pre sale help, and responded in a timely, polite manner.</p>
