Good Service
We booked an overseas trip and the airlines changed the take-off time at Dubai for Rome, changing the layover from 3 to 10 hours. Janelle fixed the issue quickly and efficiently by contacting the airlines and rescheduling our takeoff time from ORTIA to Dubai, with a resulting 3 hour layover. Thanks Janelle.
