In Jan 2020 i planned an multi-city + Italy tour with the company, they wanted payment same day - their reason exchange rate. No holding bookings. Were v v pushy and demanding about booking immediately.
We felt v rushed and so we did a hello Peter search on the company from Nov 2019 to Jan 2019. About 8 one stars in 2 months. We became wary and decided not to go ahead and told them ppl complain about their company online on hello Peter. They say it isn't reliable and ppl have been stranded. Consultant took this personally and became nasty.
Glad we didn't go with them. This was all in Jan 2020, and I see February 2020 has all 5* positive reviews. I SMELL A RAT. be wary.
