Exceptional support from the A Team

We booked a holiday to Europe to celebrate our 70th birthday, travelling to 7 countries in 3 weeks. The support we got from the Customer Team was exceptional. When there were hiccups with pick-ups, they were the ones to alert of possible risks, would check on our well-being and would offer an alternative. They were a phone call away every step of the way and never abandoned us. I take off my hat to Ntuthu and her team and say "keep it up guys Imagine must be proud of you"
