I want to show my gratitude to the customer services team and management as well as all the service providers of the cancelled tour. Our expectations were well managed by your team and totally exceeded by the outcome. You always hear about how the travel agents just want your money and when you need them to provide a service in the interest of the customer, they have excuses.
