Excellent Service (provided by Avery Cookson)
I want to commend Avery Cookson at Century City branch for his excellent service. I phoned yesterday (Friday) with a request to go to 3 different countries in a package deal...he worked until 6pm on Friday to get us the best deal, only for me to change my mind this morning (Saturday)! He then reworked another deal to meet our requirements and now our family trip is booked for ****et! Avery really went the extra mile. Excellent service!
