Excellent service from Sonnita

I want to thank Sonnita for her assistance and feedback in applying for a refund from Trenitalia for the cost of a rail ticket from Rome to Civitavecchia on 5th August, after the journey we were booked on was cancelled due to a strike by drivers at Roma Termini. As a result of Sonnita's perseverance over a period of nine weeks she has been successful in obtaining the refund and we are duly grateful. Ken Pulford
